How do you take care of yourself when working from home as a Mom entrepreneur?  Here's a beginner's guide to help you know where to start.


♡ #1 - Start with a good nights sleep of 8 to 10 hours


♡ #2 - Eat a whole food organic diet


♡ #3 - Exercise daily for 30 minutes


♡ #4 - Get organized


♡ #5 - Keep a daily to-do-list and journal


♡ #6 - Go to bed the same time and get up the same time each day
