1. Can I request a certain color or pattern? Yes! we are glad to make you a custom order in your favorite color or pattern.
2. Can I request a certain size in the products you offer?
Yes! you may request a different size be made for any of our current products.
3. Can I request a feature be added to any product in your shop that fits my needs?
Yes! We always welcome new ideas to our product line. If, you see a feature we don't currently offer that would make your life easier we are glad to make it for you.
4. Are there fees for a custom order?
Yes, we include a $5 fee on any custom order.
5. What if I need a larger quantity and your listing says less are available?
We are happy to make larger quantities for any product you see in our shop. Some patterns may have limited quantities available. Just send us a message with your request and we will let you know if we are able to obtain the amount you need.
6. How long does it take to make my custom order?
Please, allow 5 to 7 Business days for your custom order to be completed and shipped.
