Stay At Home and Make Something Awesome! - Mini Travelers Notebook and Journal

Is it time to go outside and play yet?  Nope!  Not if you are over 60 years old.  Have a pre-existing condition or a weak immune system.  Young or old you can catch this COV-19 virus.  No one knows how anyone's body will respond to the virus.  One thing is for sure though, it is not a illness you want to contend with at all!

So as a way to help you enjoy staying at home I've started a series on my YouTube channel called
"Stay at home and sew, craft and just have fun making something awesome with me!

First up is a mini travelers notebook and journal.  I'll list the supplies below.  So you can gather them up and have them ready when you watch the video.
Click this link here and you'll be making my heart leap for joy!

Subscribe <<<<< and join me and learn how to sew something useful and pretty that will lower your stress and improve your mental health all at the same time.

Share the video on your social media sites and send it to your friends via email.  The more the merrier.

Supplies list:

  • sewing machine
  • fabric scraps
  • paper scraps
  • scissors
  • tacky glue
  • lace, trim, binding etc...
  • buttons
Follow along in the video and I'll show you how to get started.

In the next video I'll show you how I embellished it and what I'm going to use it for.

In future videos we will be making an altered book together.  So gather up some medium to smallish old books that you have around the house and you'll be ready to go.

I like to use ones with a pretty cover and with pretty pictures inside that add to the charm of the finished project.

I'll see you on YouTube.

Thanks for joining me and Subscribing to my channel.

Sending You Sunshine!
