Official Rules:
To be eligible to win our buy one get one free gift club subscription offer you must be a registered user of Twitter, follow #MarketsSunshine on Twitter, sign-up for our newsletter, RSVP in the comments below with your Twitter handle @handle and reside in the USA with a USA mailing address in order to win any of the prizes.

When you come to the party you must use the hashtag #mosgiftclub in each comment and to answer to questions.  You must retweet the party and all questions.  

We will be giving away one gift club subscription when you buy one according to how many RSVP's we receive for this event, with a limit of 4 per event.  You can only win one prize per event.  To claim the prize you must sent us your full name and home mailing address after the event via email.  We will email all winners instructions on how to claim your prize within 24 hours after the event.  You must respond within 3 days to claim your prize.  You must be 18 years of age or older to play and reside in the USA.

Markets of Sunshine Gift of the Month Club

Healing Hearts the Gift It Forward Way!

Markets of Sunshine Welcomes You!

Do you know someone who suffers from depression?  Maybe, they have been through a major life changing event or are a young person who is learning just how hard it is to grow up in this selfish, self-centered world.  Or, it could be that you have been through a rough life and could use a gift from a friend or from a total stranger to heal your heart!
Whenever, I am ill and get a card in the mail from someone that offers kind words of encouragement that wish me to get well, it does something wonderful to the spirit deep inside of you.
Have you ever experienced what that is like?  I have, and it is the turning point in my recovery.  It gives me the strength to get well and to believe that life is worth living because someone does care!  Don't under estimate the power of kindness.  The greatest man who ever lived, Jesus Christ told us that if we give to others out of the treasures of our heart, our God in heaven will give to us out of his treasure's in heaven.  Luke 11:13
Words can heal but more importantly actions do more than words to heal the whole person.

My mission is simple, to help heal the hearts of others while healing my own heart with acts of kindness!  If you have the desire to help me make a difference in the lives of others and help yourself heal at the same time, then join my team on Etsy.

Recipe Corner
Cream Cheese Brownies - Ingredients brownie mix, 8 ounce organic cream cheese
Follow package directions for brownie mix.  soften cream cheese to room temperature
Grease a muffin pan and flour lightly each bottom.
Fill half way with brownie mix and add 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and cover with brownie mix to top of pan.
Bake on 350 until done.  toothpick will come out slightly wet.  cool and top with a cream cheese and honey dressing.  Mix 4 ounces of cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of honey for topping.

Tip Corner
Getting ready for Fall and Winter season can be a challenge when you live where it actually does get cold, which for us Southerner's is below 70's degrees.  giggle!  To make room in your closet and to find the clothes of the season easier, simple pack up the summer clothes and put them in a vacuum sealed bag for easy storing.
They will stay fresh and clean when stored this way instead of putting them in the old time cedar chests that make them have to be washed before they can be hung back in the closet and worn.  No more clutter!

Aprons and Home Decor Featured Artist

We are pleased to bring you this week's featured Artist, Laurie from Aprons and Home Decor! Welcome Laurie!  She is one of Markets of Sunshine's newest Etsy team members.  She has been sewing clothing and home decor items for over 50 years!  Wow!  That's a whole lot of sewing going on!!!

 TIP CORNER
Do you collect postage stamps?  Here is a great way to use them on your next craft project.  Make your own mosaic greeting card.
Supplies: canceled postage stamps, glue, card stock, embellishments
Instructions:  Cut a piece of card stock 6x6 and fold in half creasing the fold with the side of the scissors handle.  Next, draw a pattern of a quilt block that will fit on the front of your card, filling in all the space.  Lay each stamp in the spaces and cut to fit, like a puzzle.  
Now pick up one piece starting in a corner and glue it in place.  Do this with each piece until your pattern is glued in place.  You can add ribbon or fibers at the seams of each square to make a focal point or leave it as it is and give to a friend.
